Mt Wellington Road -hike and view,

Cascade Brewery 131 cascade road, 700 food is 1030-3pm, tours daily need reservation and has garden and park beside it. Taroona Tower south of hobart on sandy bay road, can climb up.

Sandy Bay point has old fort and view of ocean.

Across bridge and east of Hobart Bellerive has Rosny hill park and neighborhood walking areas and at the end of the Victoria Espanade is Kangaroo Bluff fort.

Richmond 10mi north of Airport- old bridge and church also

Port Arthur Historic Site- 1.5 hr from Hobart, $40AUD-includes walking tour, boat tour and access to site. Ticket number 1068485

Cape Raoul hike 2-5hr, blowholes, collapsed caves,

Tesselated pavement and Tassman arch in the Eagle Hawk Neck area

Lavender Farm- 6555 Point Arthur Highway 7182

Cape Hauy Track 9km, gravel road, start at end of fortesque bay road, great views

Cape Pillar Track(hike),  blowhole road then se on waterfall bay road

Maria Island-(30min ferry ride) starts from Triabunna town. convict station, visitor center on island, painted cliffs,

Mt. Bishop and Clerk hike to peaks 3-5hr, ferry leaves 9am return 5am Ticket number 1251612

Stay Cremorne- climb calverts hill nature reserve just north of where I stay and explore the peninsula ,

Goats beach and Goat Buff Lookout to the south of peninsula.

Coles Bay- Freycenet Nat'l Park- Boat Tour, Mt. Amos,

Wineglass bay Hazards Beach Circuit hike (4-6hr), friendly beaches area and walks to the north of freycinet peninsula after turnoff main highway.

Bicheno Blowhole, pretty beach seaside

Douglas-Apsley Nat'l park- Apsley waterhole(10-15min) or Apsley Gorge Circuit Loop(3-4hour), 4km north of Bichino then turn  on Rosedale road 7km to carpark.

Bay of Fires- walk around in st. helens-harbor,

Binalong Bay (ne of st. helens) one of the most beautiful beaches.-watch for rip tides. sand dunes on the end of the se peninula in st helens.

St. Columbia waterfall-easy bySt. Helens- in Pyangana

Launceston - CBD buildings,  Tamar valley and wine tasting,

Cataract Gorge-10 minute walk from CBD with swimming and short hike, it is also lit up at night. maybe stop at Sheffield on way to stanley.(pretty small town/murals)

Stanley- "the Nut" hill climb is 500ft high and a 2 mile walk with views. walk around historic stanley small town, highfield historic estate right above stanley(10-5pm $5)

Dip Falls and Giant Eucalyptus tree (40km south of Stanley) 3km hike

Cradle Mountain- (SOUTH) town of Derwent Bridge- can go hiking at Lake st. Clair from the south.

Mount Rufus-Shadow Lake Circuit 18km 6 hours. Go here on way to Terraleah

(NORTH)from the north start by visitor center, may have to take shuttle bus, hike at dove lake(crowded) and marions lookout. Go here from Tullah

Mt. Field Nat'l Park- Falls Circuit Hike 4 waterfalls includes Russell Falls 3hr.(go here when leaving Tarraleah

Mt. Field Tarn Shelf Circuit, Mt Field West. 12 miles. bad weather cancels. start Lake Dobson

we are staying west of Mt. Field np(10min) and east of the other park

Styx river area has large trees, river etc. can do Russel Falls and trees last day before going to airport.
